Terms of Services

Please read these terms carefully before using our services.

These Fairdesk Terms of Use is entered into between you (hereinafter referred to as “you” or “your”) and Fairdesk operators. By accessing, downloading, using or clicking on “I agree” to accept any Fairdesk Services provided by Fairdesk, you agree that you have read, understood and accepted all of the terms and conditions stipulated in these Terms of Use as well as our Privacy Policy.

THESE TERMS CONTAIN IMPORTANT PROVISIONS INCLUDING AN ARBITRATION PROVISION THAT REQUIRES ALL CLAIMS TO BE RESOLVED BY WAY OF LEGALLY BINDING ARBITRATION.

BY MAKING USE OF Fairdesk SERVICES, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT: (1) YOU ARE AWARE OF THE RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH TRANSACTIONS OF DIGITAL CURRENCIES; (2) YOU SHALL ASSUME ALL RISKS RELATED TO THE USE OF Fairdesk SERVICES; AND (3) Fairdesk SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SUCH RISKS OR ADVERSE OUTCOMES.

I. Definitions

  • 1. Fairdesk refers to an ecosystem comprising Fairdesk websites.
  • 2. Fairdesk Accounts refer to the foundational virtual accounts.
  • 3. Fairdesk Operators refer to all parties that run Fairdesk.
  • 4. Fairdesk Services refer to various services provided.
  • 5. Fairdesk Platform Rules refer to all rules.
  • 6. Digital Currencies refer to encrypted or digital tokens.
  • 7. Users refer to all individuals accessing services.

II. General Provisions

1. About These Terms

a. Contractual Relationship: These Terms constitute a legal agreement.

b. Changes to These Terms: Fairdesk reserves the right to change or modify these Terms.

c. Prohibition of Use: BY ACCESSING AND USING Fairdesk SERVICES, YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU HAVE NOT BEEN INCLUDED IN ANY TRADE EMBARGOES OR ECONOMIC SANCTIONS LIST. Fairdesk RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHOOSE MARKETS AND JURISDICTIONS TO CONDUCT BUSINESS.

2. Account Registration and Requirements

All Users must apply for a Fairdesk Account at register before using Fairdesk Services. By registering, you agree to provide required personal information for identity verification. The account can only be used by the account registrant.

III. Fairdesk Services

Upon completion of registration and identity verification, you may use various services including Crypto-to-crypto Trading, Fiat Trading, Futures Trading, Options Trading, Margin Trading, Lending Services, Savings Service, Staking Programs, Fairdesk POS Service, Fairdesk Convert Services, and Fairdesk OTC.

Service Usage Guidelines

  • All activities you carry out should comply with applicable laws.
  • You agree not to use the services for market manipulation.
  • Accounts left dormant for a month are automatically deactivated.
  • You may not use deep linking, web crawlers, or bots.

IV. Liabilities

1. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, Fairdesk SERVICES ARE OFFERED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”.

2. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT WILL Fairdesk BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

V. Termination of Agreement

Fairdesk reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of Terms, laws, or suspicious activity. Remaining funds will be handled according to our policy, generally payable to Fairdesk if termination is due to fraud.

VI. Resolving Disputes

All claims must be resolved by way of legally binding arbitration. Class Action Waiver applies.
